We have recently updated our shipping options so that all packages are insured.  Please contact the store if you have any questions. 
 
Guideline to Fiddlin Frogs shipping policy:
Shipping time is based on product availability. Due to the custom nature of our items, delivery times will vary. Fiddlin Frogs will process all orders with the upmost care and diligence. All items that are in stock should arrive in 3-5 business days after processing. Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
 
Large furniture and oversized items may not be able to be shipped.
 
Occasionally, items may be temporarily out of stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment via email. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified with 10 days of your order.
 
All orders require a correct and complete shipping address. Please take care when you enter your address and contact information. If Fiddlin Frogs receives a package returned to us due to insufficient shipping information, you will be charged additional shipping charges. A valid recipient phone number is required for all orders. This number will be provided to the carrier.

Fiddlin Frogs ships to the continental US only.
 
Some items will require an additional shipping surcharge due to the excess weight or special packaging requirements. These items will be indicated on the product pages.
